Looking online I Came across the cutest little treat for Halloween,
Candy Corn Shaped Rice Crispy treats, I just had to try them out for my
daughters preschool class. Not too many kids can pass up a rice crispy
treat. I think I will be definitely keeping these as a yearly tradition
they were a big hit.
I know I have been behind on updating the blog with new pictures. I just went through and updated to the Birthday Cake, Holiday Cake, Cupcakes, Baby Shower and Cake pop tabs please take a look.
I was so excited to work on my cake that I just finished I love the "Cars" characters and movies and now have a new love of the movie with my little man who is becoming old enough to play with cars and loves cars.
When I heard that the cake was going to be Cars themed I was so excited because I was going to do a Cars themed cake for my sons 1st birthday but never got around to it. I really wanted to try out some cute ideas I was thinking about. I looked around and couldn't find any ideas that I like for a base/stand for the cake so I decided to use Sally's Cozy Cones to hold up the cake. Everything was made from fondant including all of the cars and my favorite the tipped tractor.
The latest cake I have been working on is peacock themed. I was so excited when I heard they wanted peacock theme I have been wanting to make a peacock cake. I just finished the peacock and can't wait to put it on the cake.
